Make sure you do these things before deleting Phonepe account:

• Use your total wallet balance (Required)
• Unlink your bank account in Phonepe
• Remove your debit card/credit card from Phonepe

Make sure your Phonepe wallet balance is 0. If your Phonepe wallet balance is not 0 then you can’t delete your Phonepe account.

How to Delete Phonepe Account

Follow the steps given below to delete your Phonepe account. Make sure your wallet balance is 0 otherwise you can’t delete your account.

1. Open Phonepe application.
2. Log in to your Phonepe account.
3. Click on the question mark icon. (Located on top right corner)
4. Now open My Account and KYC.
   1. Click on Account related issue.
   2. Now Click on Deleting my Phonepe Account.
   3. Select How to delete my Phonepe account.
   4. Click on Learn about closing your Phonepe wallet link.
   5. Now click on close wallet
5. Choose a reason and then click on confirm deactivate.

If you follow all the steps carefully then you definitely delete your Phonepe account without any problem.

How to Unlink Bank Account from Phonepe

Follow the steps given below to unlink Bank Account from Phonepe.

1. Open Phonepe application.
2. Log in to your Phonepe account.
3. Go to the My Account section.
4. Click on Bank Accounts.
5. Now click on the bank account which you want to delete.
6. Click the Unlink button (On Popup)

After that, your bank account is successfully unlinked/removed from the Phonepe account.

How to Remove Debit card/Credit card from Phonepe

Follow the steps given below to Remove Debit card/Credit card from Phonepe.

1. Open Phonepe application.
2. Log in to your Phonepe account.
3. Go to the My Money section.
4. Tap on debit/credit card.
5. Now you need to click on three dots and then select the remove option.

If you linked more then one cards in your Phonepe account then you need to do these steps again to remove all debit/credit cards.
